Website Building and my Experience with Wix.com

As this was my first attempt at producing a website, I decided to choose Wix.com as my site builder. I felt that the ease of use offered by the website assisted greatly with my introduction to website building. Whilst Wix is a free website provider, the tools offered to me within this package were adequate in allowing the production of a website suitable for my entry into the post-course environment.

During the progression of this space I ensured to manage vital aspects such as the navigation and accessibility of the content within the site. I featured additional information on the website including links to my email, Instagram page and LinkedIn, as well as a messaging feature which allows for viewers to contact me personally if they feel the need to.

This website went through a variety of alterations, which stemmed from both peer feedback and my own dissatisfaction. Gradually, through these changes the website began to refine into a personalised and successful representation of the kind of photographic practitioner I am.
